Refund Policy
Here at Rhed, we maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or unwanted items.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery at hello@rhed.co.nz. You must include clear photos of the damage and proof of purchase.
Once reviewed, we will be happy to offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
Important Notes
Claims made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
We do not accept claims for items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
