All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing and descriptions at any time without notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

By placing an order with Rhed, you agree to use the products only for their intended purpose. If you use the products for any other purpose you will assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of this use.

Please check product ingredients before use. Rhed is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product.

3. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped in line with our Shipping Policy.

Rhed is not responsible for delays caused by NZ Post or by factors outside our control. 

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
