At Rhed, every order is prepared with care and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days once payment has been confirmed. All orders are tracked.

Perfume is not eligible for free shipping. Perfume orders are shipped separately from other items due to safety regulations, and are shipped with special handling to ensure it arrives safely. Shipping charges for other items are calculated independently. 

If you order perfume and other items together, they will be shipped in separate parcels. You will pay only one total at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated per parcel and included in your total at checkout.

Currently, we do not ship perfume internationally. Other Rhed products can be shipped internationally.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. Rhed cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you believe your order has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible by providing information for your claim.
