At Rhed, every order is prepared with care and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse. We ship exclusively with NZ Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery Times (estimated)

We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days to metro areas. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for rural addresses.

Standard Courier: $8.00

Courier + Signature: $11.00

Standard Courier Rural Delivery: $13.70

Courier + Signature Rural Delivery: $16.70

All orders over $50 NZD qualify for free shipping.

Important: If a rural address is entered but rural delivery is not selected at checkout, your order may experience delays.

For peace of mind, we recommend choosing a signature-required option, as this provides extra security for your delivery.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once an order is marked as delivered by NZ Post, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. Rhed cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you believe your order has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact NZ Post directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible by providing information for your claim.
